Bryan Ries — Elder/Lead Pastor
Bryan is the lead pastor of Crossway Bible Church. He came to faith as a young man through friends who kept pointing him to Jesus, and that grace eventually became his life’s work: planting and strengthening healthy, gospel-centered churches. Crossway, launched in Franklin in 2025, is the fruit of that calling.
His ministry is built on a few unshakable convictions: that the Bible, taught plainly, still changes lives; that disciples are made up close, not at a distance; and that no one is too ordinary for God to use. Bryan and his wife, Angel, are raising their family in the Franklin area.

Tom Moore — Elder/Assistant Pastor
Tom came to trust Christ early in life, shaped by a Christian family and the faithful preaching of God’s Word. What took root then has grown into a lifelong passion: helping others mature in Christ through personal discipleship, biblical counseling, and patient, attentive care for people.
Over the years, God has used Tom in a variety of leadership roles, and through each one his love for Scripture and for God’s people has only deepened. As an elder at Crossway, Tom’s heart is to shepherd others toward spiritual maturity, to strengthen families, and to keep the church firmly rooted in the Word and reaching outward in mission.
Tom and his wife, Sarah, are raising their three kids here in Franklin.
